"ich war schon 3x dort ..."

Lage sehr ruhig und mitten in der Natur ... supertoller Pool ...großes Zimmer mit gutem Mückenschutz. Sehr freundliche Menschen und ein sehr gutes Frühstück.

"Location with potential but badly maintained"

Lovely swimming pool and garden, quiet and calm surroundings

Rooms and especially bathroom were not clean for a very long time, two mushrooms are growing in the shower. Also eating room is nice but someone can do some better cleaning. Bad to no internet connection in the room. Sadly staff is just sitting and waiting till the day is over.

Natur ❤️ Sehr schöner Pool, wunderbare Mitarbeiter, sehr idyllisch gelegen.

Bad etwas klein Handtücher dürften ruhig dicker und mehr sein.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich! Und die Lage zum Regenwald war beeindruckend. Nur doch sehr abgelegen und keine Möglichkeit Abend zu essen.

Personal nett.

Das Hotel ist ziemlich runtergekommen. Terrassentüre konnte nicht zugeschlossen werden, da das Schloss kaputt war. Die Badezimmertür konnte nicht geschlossen werden, da sie verzogen war. Die Dusche hatte kaum Wasser. Das Frühstück war sehr überschaulich. Das Hotel war so hellhörig, dass man nicht schlafen konnte. Konsequenz, drei Tage früher abgereist.
