Pair enough with price

Since its a motel not a hotel (which seems odd to claim it to be a hotel) it was not very clean and the overall vibe was not nice.

When I went to Korea, my documents were not correct and I was not allowed to enter. I asked for my money back but they didn't.

Cleanliness

The fume or Smoking was annoying with other people in corridors

Nice big rooms lots of facilities, lovely wetroom. Note this is a "love hotel" - we were not aware but they had some interesting facilitiies that made the stay more comfortable. The cleaners were friendly and efficient! However too efficient as they cleared away our Starbucks keepie-cups thinking they were disposable cups.

Overpowering smell of smoke in the room - it was covered up with an equally foul air fresher. However this was only on the first day and to be fair I am quite sure this is not the hotel's fault. If the previous occupants had respected the rules then this would not have been issue. So it is a bit unfair to mark them down for this.
