Rustic Caves

Funcionários prestáveis e simpáticos. Pequeno-almoço bom numa sala bastante agradável. Göreme é pequena então a localização não importa muito porque faz-se tudo a pé. Não fica nos sítios altos com as melhores vista, mas tem tudo o que interessa perto.

De manhã entra alguma luz no quarto (bastante cedo) e os quartos não tem a melhor insonorização, embora não fosse terrível.

El personal muy atento, siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Hemos reservado la experiencia en globo con ellos y nos han conseguido un precio excepcional. La ubicación es ideal, muy cerca del centro de goreme y puedes aparcar en la cuadra del hotel sin problema. El desayuno muy rico y el personal muy amable. No tiene leche sin lactosa/vegetal

La habitación que nos tocó tenía humedad en la ducha, el jacuzzi no estaba limpio, había pelos de huéspedes anteriores. El baño no tiene ventilación, asique si te bañas el ambiente se vuelve un poco pesado. Cuando reportamos esto, nos pidieron disculpas y aseguran que la humedad va a ser reparada a la brevedad, pero nuestra estancia no ha sido del todo agradable. La limpieza de la habitación tampoco se realizó mientras estábamos allí. Las toallas estaban manchadas.

Beautiful property close to the city centre, big rooms, looks new, good breakfast, beautiful pool. Outdoor gated parking for a motorcycle. Comfortable beds and good water pressure in the shower.

Il sig. Armando è una persona gentile e sempre presente . Ci ha prenotato il giro in mongolfiera e lo spettacolo dei dervisci rotanti . Le camere sono ampie e pulite ( la mia purtroppo aveva il bagno cieco senza ventilazione e solo per questo ho dato 9 punti anziché 10 . Quella della mia amica aveva bagno con finestra ). La colazione è servita in terrazza e come in tutti gli alberghi in Turchia c è oca scelta di dolce .a c è sempre pane e marmellate varie. E qualche biscotto . La posizione è comoda, fuori dal centro che però si raggiunge in 5 Min a piedi . Wifi funzionava bene

The staff are very friendly and helpful. We were able to stay a bit in the pantry area even after our checkout.

The bathroom is very basic and doesnt match the price of the hotel room.

Personnel au petit soin, toujours souriant et de bonne humeur. Buffet petit déjeuner frais et varié. Très arrangeant. Chambre pour trois personnes très spacieuse avec deux espaces nuit séparé Je vous conseille de réserver auprès de l’hotel the ballon tour car tarif beaucoup plus intéréssant que sur Get your Guide. Je recommande vivement.

Wow!!! Rustic Caves was everything we could hope for and more! The team was incredibly attentive, polite and so so helpful - months before we were due to arrive we were contacted to check whether we needed transport from the airport and if we were interested in booking any tours. The interaction was super casual and they did not push when we didn't show interest in some of the activities, which we really appreciated! When we arrived in Cappadocia, the taxi driver was on time and was super friendly also, we even got offered a bottle of water free of charge! When we actually got to the hotel, the check in process was super quick and Arman took the time to explain to us all the different activities available in Cappadocia, as well as some solid advice about when and how to book the hot air balloon experience in the most cost effective way. We are incredibly grateful for this as first time visitors! The facilities within the hotel are exactly what we wanted - cozy rooms fully equiped with a fridge, TV, coffee station and air conditioning; the bathroom was spacious and the pool area was also lovely! Breakfast was delicious and served by lovely ladies who took the time to explain what each dish was - it felt like being invited into somebody's home, which we loved. Lastly, the location of the hotel is perfect - it is close enough to the bustling town centre that it takes only 5min to walk there, but in an area where there is no noise from crowds. We had the most amazing time in Cappadocia and that is in great part due to the Rustic Caves team, so THANK YOU!!! :D
