This place has the best air conditioner! Takes some time to cool the upper level but was great. The owner was so lovely and gave some recommendations and really attentive. Was great to have use of a washing machine! Reasonable location, far enough out of the party area so you can sleep but close enough to everything you could need.

Does lack a few kitchen items like a chopping board and a fry pan (did have a few pots though). Good location for a family more than a couple. 2 quite small single beds and a double mattress like couch visible in the photos.

The room was well situated and was clean, the host was very accommodating and made the trip better, would highly recommend!

La casa está bien, pero tuvimos un problema con el aparcamiento. Aparcamos el coche en la calle y preguntamos a la dueña si estaba bien aparcado. La respuesta fue que no lo sabían porque era fiesta, dándonos a entender que igual teníamos problemas por aparcarlo fuera, cuando al día siguiente comprobamos que era un parking gratuito justo en la misma calle de la casa. Luego preguntamos si podíamos aparcar en la entrada de la casa debido a que no queriamos tener problemas con el coche y nos dijeron que no había problema. Sin embargo, horas después nos enviaron una factura sin previo aviso. Es importante que, si se pide información sobre el aparcamiento, se proporcione la información correcta. No es adecuado que nos hagan pensar que podría haber problemas por aparcar fuera y luego decir que no hay problema por aparcar dentro, sin mencionar la factura. Además, lo normal es que las facturas se paguen a través de Booking y no en mano.

La ubicación. La limpieza. Que tenga parking, aunque su precio es elevado, está en línea con lo que cuesta aparcar en la zona. No se escuchan ruidos de la calle.

Good value for money Comfortable and clean

The owner or manager was a bit aggressive and made us uncomfortable. She was consistently messaging us demanding both passports when the second guest hadn’t arrived yet (we had already explained this). Check out is at 9am. We weren’t reminded of this and so were woken up by fierce knocking at the door at 9.30am and she waited by the door until we were out. A shame as it was a really nice apartment but this ruined our experience.

The apartment is 10 minutes from the center. It is clean and has everything you need. The owner was very hospitable and kind allowing us to check in a couple of hours early.

The terms and conditions include a fairly early check-out, at 9:30. This can be a bit inconvenient.

Det var en fräsch liten studio, perfekt för två personer.

Inte så bra soffa och stolar, så man kunde inte riktigt hänga i lägenheten. Men fanns stolar och bord precis utanför boendet man kunde använda.
