Very open, facilities were great, awesome location.

Beds were a little hard, also no indoor common area at night.

I appreciate the convenient location of this place, as it is in close proximity to numerous amenities. The drivers from Grab find it easy to locate our residence. The staff demonstrates great flexibility and willingness to change our linens and regularly clean the house and pool. They also exhibit a high level of friendliness and professionalism.

This house requires significant maintenance due to its age. The staff promptly addressed our broken tap on the second day of our stay. There were discrepancies in the arrangements for our airport transport. Initially, the manager promised us a larger car for airport transport at a price of 400,000 rupiah. Yet, a few days before our flight, we were informed that two cars had been booked for 300,000 rupiah each. When I suggested using a people mover for a more cost-effective option, the manager confirmed this arrangement. Unfortunately, on the day of our departure, two drivers arrived with two cars, and we were charged 600,000 rupiah. To our surprise, we were told that the people mover had been dispatched elsewhere. Overall, I believe this experience was not satisfactory.

Villa Samsam was perfect for our family. We were 5 people (3 adults and 2 children). The rooms were spacious, clean and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable vacation. Travelling with two young, active children we wanted privacy and space for the children to run around and not bother anyone else, the villa suited this need perfectly. Rista the house manager was lovely to deal with, answered any questions I had promptly. She was able to organise a driver for us during our stay in Bali who was also great to deal with and reliable. The property was in a great location being close to some excellent cafes, restaurants, shops, salons etc and o my a ten minute walk to the beach.

Some noise at night from a nearby club and some sort of fireworks every night. A bit old, especially the showers. There is no housekeeping on a daily basis and towels are not changed.

Location was perfect, in the heart of Canguu, close to everything!
