Very roomy flat equiped with all necessities. Whatsapp contact to host was fast and polite. About 30 min of walking to the leaning tower and other sights.

Internet was broken during the entire stay, the host contacted the internet company but a fix was not possible during stay. At some times there was a strange smell in the smaller bathroom. Parking spots were usually available out front but could not be reserved

The accommodation is in an apartment on the first floor, which is fine. The apartment is very spacious, very large living room with kitchen, 2 large bedrooms, 1 very good bathroom and one smaller extra bathroom. The accommodation for 4 person is very comfortable. There is powerful air conditioning in every room. The apartment was clean, equipped with everything we needed, everything worked to perfection. The apartment is additionally in a very quiet location, so you will not be disturbed by anything. On the other hand, it is close to both the train and bus station (about 3-4 bus stops) or 20 minutes walk, it is near the center also accessible on foot. The airport is not far away either, also within half an hour on foot. There is a bus stop right next to the apartment, which is very convenient. But nothing disturbs you. Simply a brilliant location. There is also a larger supermarket very close by. But especially we were pleasantly surprised by the apartment, which was very spacious and comfortable for us, very good for a family of 4.

I can't find anything at the moment, I'd have to search forcibly. There's always something to be found, but I don't want to spoil the overall good impression.

The host picked us up from the airport. The property was airy with a high ceiling and very spacious. The host responded immediately to our request for help and was very informative about the area and where to go and visit.

Door locks were a disaster. They were jammed and it took 20 minutes just to get in the apartment when we arrived late at night with no one to assist us. Each time we returned back to the apartment was the same fight and the door scratched against the floor everytime it opened because it was not properly aligned. The balcony lock was also in need of repair. Bathrooms were not cleaned before arrival!!! Dirty footprints and hair everywhere!! Old soaps, mold and rust! We had to buy our own cleaning supplies just to be able to use it. The washing machine was literally unusable due to mold, rust and gunk that released a putrid smell into the apartment. The owner was only in contact prior to our arrival to let us know to leave the keys and city tax before leaving. Otherwise no followup, tips or details on the apartment. Despite 2 bedrooms...only one! was made and the other left bare with no extra linens anywhere in the apartment...so 2 individuals would be forced to share a room. The apartment is in a sketchy neighborhood but could be such a little haven if the owner(s) cared, as the basic layout and fixtures were quite nice. We didn't bother reaching out to complain during our 2 night stay as we didn't want to further ruin our Otherwise lovely Italian vacation with a back and forth with someone who put such little effort in the integrity of their rental property and comfort of the guests. Never again.
