Wow, what a stunning villa in the heart of seminyak. We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Nikole, everything was exactly as pictured. Yuana the house keeper was lovely and helpful, as were the owners whenever we needed to contact them, their replies were almost instant and always helpful. The villa was spacious and clean and the pool was sensational. The filtered water dispenser was an added bonus!

Our only negatives are it is a little noisy in the area due to being central with traffic and clubs that are pretty loud from 11pm-4am but it didn’t bother THAT much, it’s necessary to note that there is construction across the laneway and a bit further up the street and would be disturbing when laying at the pool (we only encountered it once during our 4 night stay). A further suggestion, while providing an umbrella was very handy, might be good to get another 1 or 2 to accommodate the max number of guests as well as some ponchos would be a lovely touch in the rainy season. For longer stays a washing machine would be very handy, but there are laundry services close by.

Location was amazing, villa was modern and very clean. Driver pick up from the airport was included which was great. The beds were very comfortable and Yuana was a great housekeeper, nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely return.

The lounge was sooooooo uncomfortable and couldn't accommodate 4 people. The pool was only cleaned once during our stay of 7 nights. Given how uncomfortable it was to sit on the lounge, it would have been good to have TV'S in each bedroom. Block out blinds are needed on front bedroom and living area as it gets very hot with the afternoon sun hitting the windows even with air-conditioning on.

Location is amazing. Short walk to the main northern end of Seminyak. The resident rat that lived there was friendly.

Property is in a dilapidated state compared to photos. Fixtures coming off walls, cracks everywhere. Bath areas dirty. Gardening man came in without notice, caught us by surprise.

Everything! Beautiful villa that looks exactly like the photos advertised! We loved that you could open the bi fold doors and make the property more spacious. The pool was clean with enough chairs for the four of us which was great. The beds were very comfy and after asking for extra pillows for us all as initially only provided 1 pillow per person, we all had an extra new pillows the very next day. Yuana was very friendly and easy to contact if required anything. The bathrooms were a good size, clean and with good pressure in the showers. Wardrobes had enough hangers for my clothes and plenty of space to put clothes and other items. The full size fridge came with a mini bar and the whole kitchen lounge area was a good size and again very clean. The tv even had Netflix which made the hubby and kids happy. The villa also provided free pick up from the airport which was a great touch after getting off the plane late at night. They offered transfers back to the airport at a great price also. Villa in a great location with mini mart about 2 min walk away and close to lots of restaurants. About a 15-20 min walk to eat street with many shops along the way. We absolutely loved our stay and will be back again!

Nothing negative really to say about the property as loved it all but would suggest maybe getting blockout curtains for the whole inside main area near kitchen lounge as retains heat a bit with no curtains to block the sun out during the day.
