No physical key and it uses smart access that was easy to use. Comfy, with everything you need: fridge, oven, AC,clothing iron and good beds. The street has many restaurants and is in walking distance to old city attractions.

The WiFi and Cable tv dropped frequently even after restarts. No place to store the phone near the bed.

The apartment is well-furnished and suitable for 2 persons. It's located on the second floor on the backside of the road, so there is not much traffic noise. The living room stays cool in summer when the air-conditioner is on, however, the bedroom remains warm, so the bedroom door has to be kept open for cooling. The kitchen has almost all the necessary facilities for cooking and dining. Though we did not meet the host, she provided all the information in advance and was available online to help with any issues.

This apartment was a complete gem and made our stay in Budapest just so wonderful! The place is so tastefully and practically decorated. There are full amenities in the kitchen so you can prepare a proper meal and the location is ideal situated on a very happening street with lots of restaurants. The hosts were very responsive especially as we initially had some issues with getting the smart lock to open.
