Everything was new.

The room and the place are brand new and beautifully renovated. The hosts are kind and helpful and keep the house clean and in order. During the day I was out to visit different places in the region. If you are without car ask the hosts to sent you the schedule of the bus. Buy tickets from the bus tickets center near to the train station. Consider the fact that if you buy tickets from the busdriver you have to pay 2.50 instead of 1.50. I spent a great time in this place and for sure will visit it again.

Some of the other gests were noisy but it depends of the people's culture of behaviour. In general I liked very much the place and its accomodations. The hairdryer is very good 😌 The coffee machine also,but some of the gests don't know how to use it

extremelly noisily from neighbor road. Sings 5 AM not possible to sleep. When turn on the water in shower it starts fowling on the head instead of start from down hose

They were great. I had terrible train delays from Sorrento that turned a 3pm check-in to a 10:30. They waited until 10 and then dropped the keys off when I arrived. Very understanding. The house itself is impeccable. Looks to be a brand new renovation. What you'd expect of an upmarket hotel.

Was a little confused how to get there from the train station, but taxis eventually arrived at 15m intervals.
