"Everything was perfect."

The room was very clean, tidy and comfortable. Small kitchen with basic cooking amenities are available. Ironing board, washing machine, air-condition, praying mat, drinking water, kettle with sugar/coffee and tea are also available.

The room air freshener smells are too strong,

"Very good facility for an affordable price!"

Very clean, every time I go, new improvement has been made, very easy parking, easy check in, and a peaceful environment.

Adding a heater would be great, the shower is quite cold in the morning.

The 2-bedroom apartment is very clean. Sufficient kitchen utensils provided. Very close to UTP, less than 1km. The towels and bedsheet are also clean. We went there to attend our son's convocation ceremony at UTP. Since no new guest was checking-in (on our check out day), the property owner is very kind, he let us stay till quite late afternoon at no charge. The owner is also reply to messages promptly.

No living room but it's OK for me as we stayed for 1 night only. If the owner can fix a proper bidet would be better rather than using the plastic hose.
