Not customer friendly at all! I added another guest after booking the apartement. I had to pay an extra fee for all nights of my stay and not only for the nights that my friend would actually stay with me. The host was very unfriendly about it. Also, their english is not very good and everything including the payment in general seems a little suspicious. The apartement building looks like a construction site and elevators are very dirty, open cables are at the walls etc. It didn‘t feel safe. The fire alarms went off two times when we were cooking even though windows were open when cooking. It rang for one hour straight in an annoyingly loud noise. The house manager had to come to turn it off manually (it took him one hour to arrive and solve the problem). The host then threatened us that it was our mistake that the alarm went off and that he would try to vacate us from the building. Very unprofessional, very unfriendly. Not solution oriented at all. The construction site was being very loud in the evening for 1,5hours longer than what the description of the hostel said. I travel a lot and also in budget friendly hostels and stuff but i never had an experience as bad as this. I would never stay there again.

Gute Lage in einem interessanten Viertel mit vielen Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar und ein Supermarkt auf der anderen Straßenseite. Bushaltestellen vor der Tür und ein kurzer Weg zum Wasser. Es war sehr schön.

Adoramos a localização do apartamento. O espaço é amplo e confortável. Recomendamos.

Emplacement idéal. Calme. Bus 76 à proximité. Métro skanstull (vert) 15mn à pieds. Supérette Coop au pied de l'immeuble. Appartement agréable et spacieux. Toutes les infos avec photos, explications, codes d'accès sont très utiles et pratiques.

L'équipement de la cuisine ( poêle et casserole ) n'est pas tout jeune mais a suffit. Il manquait l'éponge pour laver la vaisselle. Rideau de douche un peu vieux
