AUA stunning property with first class attention to detail to aesthetics and guest comfort . The apartment is a palace property with original ceiling paintings and exquisitely renovated by Irene and Gabriel and whose enthusiasm and effort to help , was greatly appreciated. They assisted us with recommending close parking options, best food and places to see , all well above expectations. Grazie mille ,Irene and and Gabriel 🥂

USCasa Matilde is a stunning place with high, domed, fresco painted ceilings. The apartment is perfectly located in the middle of town and furnished with beautiful antique furniture. Our hosts were highly communicative, helped us make dinner reservations, and provided many useful tips for our short stay. Place was spotless. Pictures don't do it justice. Extraordinary value
PLGrea location with superb interior. You walk out straight to the main walking street with all the attractions nearby. It is part of the middle-aged building with impressive entrance and interior. Historic bathroom doors that really look authentic. The room was equipped with a fridge filled by host with water and juices and welcome cake was supernice gesture by the host. Comfy rooms and beds... and our dog was very welcome :).
Of course there is little bit noise from the outside (restaurant below) but it is not annying. Church bells operate until midnight ;) but it is symbol of Montepuciano. A/C might be more efficient in the hottest summer days but no major issue.

Air-con not functional but fans did suffice in late June.
