The fact that it was half way between Hermanus and Onrus and out of the busy hub is a bonus as our activities were either in Hermanus or Onrus this time.

Having the picture of the pool is a little misleading as as guests you don't have access to it. Respect this completely , but maybe remove that image. No cheese grater, nor potato peeler which always comes in handy, so perhaps pop those into the kitchen drawers. Your Nespresso might need a service as not functioning well. Will need proper fans or aircons as it gets boiling hot at this time of the year at night.

I liked the living area. It was very spacious. The bathrooms were very nice. The shower was big and comfortable. The braai area was great. I made breakfast in the mornings, and the gas stove top worked very well for that. The views from the balcony and the roof were beautiful and peaceful, especially early mornings. The check-in was very easy, and I liked the privacy of the property.

Modern, neat facility in a quiet neighbourhood with beautiful verandas and a viewing floor. It felt like checking into a hotel. The apartment was also much warmer than expected, although we were in the wintertime there. Close to other tourist attractions and almost within walking distance to a shopping mall.

We were a bit concerned when we couldn't reach the host on the first day. We would love to add an airfryer to appliances and a loose rug in the main bedroom. Although we were concerned about the car not being parked behind a locked gate, the neighbourhood is quite safe and quiet.

We had a wonderful weekend at Meraki Sands! The apartment is beautifully decorated, comfortable, and very well-equipped — everything you need is right there. It’s conveniently located close to all the main attractions in town, making it easy to explore. The mountain view from the apartment is stunning, and the braai area is a great bonus for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!
