L'hôtel est très sympa et bien décoré, les espaces agréables. Rafa et Léonardo sont vraiment de bons conseils pour profitez pleinement de Tulum. Eau potable disponible au bar a volonté. Eau chaude dans la douche. Parle français

Chambre sombre, manque d'ustensiles dans la cuisine et peu insonorisé, le calme dépend des voisins (voyageurs de l'hôtel).

Wunderschöne Unterkunft im Stadtteil La Veleta von Tulum. Die Zimmer sind groß, schön eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Es ist sehr sauber, es wird ordentlich geputzt und das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln, ausser dass man ein Fahrzeug braucht, um an den Strand zu kommen

I have to say, Leo was incredibly helpful, he was kind, attentive, very customer service oriented. Super friendly and nice.

I usually don’t write many reviews, until the owner of this “Boutique Hotel” thought it was ok to charge us $50 for a pillow, simply cause it was brutally hard and uncomfortable, so I decided to take some of the cheap polyester stuffing out of it. I actually told one of the cleaning team members, I was going to replace the pillow at the end of our 13 days stay with them, since I am a very respectful customer. The place was listed as a boutique hotel, but has nothing on an actual boutique hotel standards. The owner needs to put a little bit more love into his hotel, repaint the walls, the rooms are incredibly dark, replace the wood on the bathroom floor and pay more attention to detail. The towels were hard and old, and the lock of the main door was not working properly. I’ll like to mention again how Leo was the star of the hotel, he was very friendly, kind, understanding and very customer service oriented. Unfortunately I don’t recommended this hotel to any of my friends and I won’t be coming back.

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich toll, es war ruhig und sauber und man konnte gut abschalten. Rafa hat uns so tolle Tipps bezüglich Restaurants und Ausflügen gegeben, das war wirklich sehr hilfreich!

Die Wände sind etwas hellhörig, man konnte die Nachbarn im Nebenzimmer reden hören.

We loved everything about this boutique hotel! It is beautifully decorated, real Tulum vibe. It is located in a calm area close to restaurants and shops. The room was big and had everything we needed. Comfortable bed, good bathroom. The staff was super helpful and provided a lot of local tips. Would stay here again!

The staff are friendly but little too chatty in arriving as trying to sell us tours we don’t want.

Location was very hard to find.. did not have many of the things listed on the add. Like a hot tub or proper parking spaces
