Close to things cost of appt ,place very clean Host was great

Bathroom toilet to close to sink that would be the only issue

I needed a place to stay at short notice and earlier in the day than normal check-in time. The owner was extremely helpful and managed to get the cleaner to prepare the flat early. I particularly liked the security of the garage as I was carrying equipment that I needed for work. Have attached a picture of my car in the garage. Golf MK7 estate. It is about the maximum you could get in with the door closed. The flat was also secure. The flat was VERY clean and had modern amenities. Good value. All in all a VERY positive experience.

There was nothing I did not like, but will address previous comments re noise from the flats surrounding the one I stayed in as mentioned in previous comments. Yes, I could hear people speaking, but in my view this goes with the territory of this kind of building and it did not bother me.

Very clear instructions from the host. The apartment has some basic groceries and water in the refrigerator which was nice on arrival. The local supermarket and everything else including the conference center were very close and easy to walk to.

complex procedure to park the car and get the keys, and the road is a bit noisy. Apart from that: excellent!

Very good location in Verbania, close to the beach and city center. 2 balconies, large bedrooms and living room. Convenient parking slot under the residential house. But be careful, if you travel with a car wider than Fiat Panda :) Large supermarket close nearby the flat. Flat owner was very helpful and nice, while non-stop communicating and solving any of our questions.

Nice apartment, good location, clean, modern, comfortably furnished for four guests. Internet, television, equipped kitchen, heating are available. Very comfortable beds. And a helpful and accommodating host Davide! I recommend this apartment and will definitely come back!

A towel rail or rack in the bathroom would be perfect.
