Very clean and comfortable

No air conditioning, so we had to sleep with the windows open which is not great because you can hear cars outside and the bar Very basic breakfast

Lovely hosts :)), very friendly people, hot live Blues Band act on friday, cool drinks, individual breakfast, phantastic for starting biking activities towards Lecco .... we had a great time, thumbs up!!

Very welcoming and friendly staff (in the bistro). Nice to have parking on property next to it. Clean and spacious room and bathroom. We had to leave early again, so it was convenient to have just the code for check in and no key, so we could just walk out, although on the key pad not always all numbers showed up when you tried to enter the keypad (must be related to the user, but it was unclear to me how the keypad detected presence and lit up).

We stayed here during the weekend, until 11pm you could hear the music from the bistro quite loud in the room, so be aware of that (even with the closed door in the hallway). The code of the room door didn't work, which made the check in process even a bit longer. It took us almost 30 minutes from when we arrived before we were finished with everything of check in and in the room. Only later we found out that the toilet didn't flush so well (little water flow when you pressed the button and it didn't stop flowing), it was then close to midnight, so we didn't want to bother the host anymore. Nothing we couldn't work around, but still it could have been better.

We had a wonderful stay at this place. The location is very convinient, making it easy to explore the area. The room was comfortable, newly furnished, and spotlessly clean. The bathroom was quite spacious. The air conditioning worked perfectly, ensuring a pleasant stay. A huge bonus was the free parking right next to the building, which always had available spaces. The self check-in process was seamless, with Elena providing clear and helpful instructions. The cappuccino with cinnamon was delicious, and the staff, especially the women who served us, were incredibly kind and welcoming. I sincerely recommend this place!

However, I wouldn’t describe the offering as ‘breakfast included’ since it’s really just coffee with a croissant and juice. While it may not be a full breakfast, it was still a lovely morning experience to enjoy a coffee! Thank you :)
