good location

sometimes we cannot find the staff, but can communicate via whatsapp.

They ask to pay more than booking.com price. I didn't check in for a different price. There are many other hotels around.

Cleanliness and location is great.

No safety for female solo traveller! I was alone in the dorm when a Scorpio of 3 men kept circling near this Milam hostel entrance. I was so scared, and there was no one in the reception area and no caretaker in this hostel. I messaged and called Sarfaraz, the caretaker..he called after some time saying ther ewer cameras! I was angry and afraid that if these 3 men do anything who will rescue!?? Sarfaraz or nobody was there. Male dorm was locked inside and Sarfaraz don't know who it was! I was all the more scared I called my friend who stayed with me for my safety! This property people are not trustworthy as they are absent and this property is NOT SAFE for female Solo travellers!

Harish sir was helpful. He kept the hostel clean .

super clean and comfortable bed. I would recommend to set a little curtain around the bed so you can have your own privacy.

The owners went above and beyond, they were very accommodating and facilitated lovely experiences within the accomodation and outside :)
