La ubicación, no está en Kotor centro así que se está tranquilo. Lo mejor del sitio sin duda es la ubicación.

Las habitaciones tienen muebles viejos, y alguna cama es incómoda. No te podías duchar con tranquilidad en alguna ducha porque se salía el agua. Algunas mosquiteras estaban rotas.

המיקום מושלם, עם הנוף הכי מדהים שיש על מפרץ קוטור, 5 דקות מקוטור, קרוב לשדה תעופה, וליציאה למקומות אחרים. הבית גדול מושלם למשפחות, מאובזר, בעלת הבית היתה מאוד מאוד נחמדה. יש מיזוג אוויר.

La struttura si trova esattamente sopra Kotor, a 5 minuti di auto dal centro. L'appartamento è molto ampio e ideale per un gruppo di amici. E' molto accogliente e provvisto di 2 bagni (dettaglio da non trascurare se si è in tanti). Helena, la Host, è stata molto accogliente e disponibile. Dalla struttura la vista sulla baia di Kotor è veramente spettacolare.

The living room has a really big window overlooking the town of Kotor, with beautiful views. The location is just outside the city so that it is calm but close enough to be able to get to it with a short car ride. The hostess was very attentive and nice, allowing us to leave our suitcases there even before the check in time.

There was a lack of kitchen equipment, but enough for a short stay.

La posizione ottima e la pulizia.

Avevo cercato su booking un appartamento con 3 camere distinte per 3 coppie .Invece, differentemente da come è chiaramente scritto,un letto matrimoniale si trovava nel soggiorno - cucina.Perdipiu' la grande finestra accanto al letto non aveva persiane, né tapparelle e neanche una tenda in tessuto per coprire la luce del mattino.Alle 5 di ogni mattina eravamo già svegli ( oltre a non avere la privacy desiderata). Vi chiedo gentilmente di specificare bene che ci sono 2 camere.

Beautiful very spacious apartment with a super view looking out over kotor through picture windows. Quiet & peaceful. Large well equipped kitchen. Hosts lovely mother bought us breakfast in the morning. Just a few minuets drive to kotor walled town where restaurants were plenty.

The location and view

Here's another review, focusing on a good location but with significant drawbacks: Incredible Views, But the Property Needs Major Attention The absolute highlight of our stay was the truly panoramic view of Kotor from the property. The location was breathtaking, offering unparalleled vistas of the city and surrounding bay – it truly couldn't be beaten in that regard. However, the property itself was a letdown. It felt quite run-down and neglected, which was a stark contrast to the stunning scenery outside. An elderly lady managed the place, and while she was kind, communication was incredibly difficult due to a significant language barrier. This made asking questions or resolving issues very challenging. Another point to note is that they only accepted cash payments. In a foreign country, this meant frequent and costly trips to ATMs, which added an unexpected expense to our stay. Finally, while we love animals, the presence of cats everywhere resulted in a strong litter smell throughout the property. To top it off, we even found a dead bird brought by one of the cats outside our window, which was quite an unusual and unpleasant sight. While the views were unforgettable, the condition of the property, the communication hurdles, the cash-only policy, and the cat-related issues significantly detracted from what could have been a perfect stay.

Very good accommodation especially if you have a car. The view from the window and terrace was breathtaking.
