Tranquillity Guest House

The room was very spacious and comfortable. I really appreciated the comfortable bed, the large TV, and the excellent air conditioning, which made the stay very relaxing. The staff was attentive and helpful, and the smart check-in system with the access code was very convenient and easy to use. Overall, the property had a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere.

There were only a couple of minor issues during the stay. The ceiling fan was a bit noisy at times, and the sound insulation from the windows could be improved slightly. However, these did not significantly affect the overall experience.

The guesthouse was located in an area that we like being, so centrally located, the facility was very clean, staff was very nice and very quiet. The manager was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. I highly recommend staying here.

The room was smaller than expected and no place to hang your clothes, however we adjusted and made it work.

Everything in the room was broken, ripped, or cracked. There was no way to reach a human, every communication was via text with an AI.

The room had a wet smell. The sheets looked dirty pillows too. The shower curtain was nasty nasty . Just made due with the room. The smell moldy

Two different codes to get in room, codes way too long, entering from street at night was unsafe. Car parked outside my door with lights on for over 3 hours, called the police and the person finally left. As a domestic abuse survivor, this experience was horrible. Not even any drawers in this so called apartment which was the smallest room I have ever stayed in in key west. When I had to leave early, they would not let me rebook dates, so I lost $1,500 after they led me to believe that they would, even making sure I got out of the room by 11am, when if they were going to keep my money was crap. They played me and waited for my money to clear and then told me no refund. I've never been treated like that. The worst. Don't stay here.
