Location location location Right in the heart of the southern end this could not be better located. Loved the pool and the trees.

Ice machine would have been a nice touch.

It was well positioned for Duval street

No breakfast, the shower room was dangerous. The floor was very slippery. There was nowhere to put anything in the shower i.e. shower gel, has shampoo.

The courtyard pool and location were amazing. The access instructions were clear and easy to follow. No onsite reception which was fine as they texted right away to make sure I had everything I needed. Excellent price and very clean!

It would be nice if they had glassss in the room. The fridge/freezer was nice and I just went and got some cups off of Duval! They could stand to invest in new towels but nothing horrible. I’d go back again!

Great location, nice pool, clean, the superior rooms were spacious!

Location was perfect to get a feel for the neighborhoods instead of the tourist stuff, which is just a few blocks away if you want that perspective, too. The Tranquility Guest House is a quiet oasis and a central location for exploring the town on foot, which is what I did from 1 p.m. to 10 p.m. I’d stay there again.

Room’s interior was quite spartan for the price. But the bed was extremely comfortable and the room was very clean.

Booked through booking.com. Listing stated queen bed, terrace, 2961sf apartment. My husband and I arrived to a room that was 250sf at most with a double bed and no terrace. Since I was working for three days of our stay, it was impossible, so we didn’t stay. Requested a refund from the property first due to fraud. They said no. Have been trying to work with booking.com for over a week with no resolution. I’m the highest level member (genius) on booking.com, and I’m supposed to have a higher support level. Not impressed.

Listing was blatantly fraudulent.

Great location to walk everywhere you want to be! Just blocks away from everything including Hemingway house, Duval Street attractions, both waterfronts for sunsets, just perfect. Cute, clean facility on the street with a pretty pool and backyard. Cute space reminiscent of hostels and vrbo style places. Quaint and charming historic building near beautiful places.

Parking was an issue but once we found a spot right to the side of the property we walked most places to keep it. Got same spot when needed. Could have used a few more personal items - ended up shopping for a few items - no big deal. No coffee maker so went 2 blocks for Cuban coffee shop.

Loved the heated pool and beautiful pool area. Location is fantastic, beach, bars, shopping, and restaurants are all close. Rooms are cute and clean. (A little small but perfect for a short get away.) Staff is friendly and property will stow your luggage for you if your flight arrives before checkin.

Staff was available for anything you asked for but maybe they could automatically offer room servicing for stays longer than 3 days - the linens needs refreshing, trash needs emptying etc.
