I couldn't manage to turn on channels on that TV. Saturday room service didn't come to clean. Tea n coffee materials was empty but containers were not washed. If you could also buy a white duvert cover at pep it's less than 300 n continental pillows.lastly the chemicals to wash the shower also remove the bottles of water inside the carbon they look untired and put the pots

We recently stayed at beyond comfort for one night and had a disappointing experience. The host failed to inform us about a water outage, which meant we couldn't shower. Despite paying for the room, we didn't receive any apology or explanation. Unfortunately, this lack of communication and customer care made our stay unpleasant. We hope that the host will improve his services in the future.
