Érkezéskor nehezen jutottunk be az applikációs beléptetés miatt. Nekünk kellett a kanapét kinyitni és a lepedőt felhúzni, amin 2 személy aludt, az ágynemű szakadt volt. A nappaliban száradtak a következő vendégek törölkőzői és ágyneműi, és 4 főre 2 törölközőt kaptunk, nem volt konyhai papírtörlő, konyharuha, a kávéfőző nagyon silány, konyhai felszerelés igen szegényes, nincs fürdőszobai szekrény.

Pri naslednej reklamacii a vysvetleni situacie, ze sme sa na byt vobec nedostali a prosbe o vratenie penazi a depositu - bola nasa ziadost zamietnuta. Poskytovatel ubytovania mal aspon vratit poplatok za upratovanie, kedze do bytu nikto nevosiel a teda nevznikla potreba upratovania (bezdovodne obohatenie).

I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with my recent stay at this property. Unacceptable room condition: Upon entering the living room, we were greeted by a clothes dryer with washed-out bedding hanging on it. This created a very unwelcoming first impression. Unfair early check-in policy: Our booking price was not low, and yet, if you request to check in just one hour earlier or check-out one hour later, we neded to pay an additional fee. A more welcoming and kind approach would have been expected. Unprofessional welcome: After traveling over 1000 km, we arrived tired and it was raining. Instead of being welcomed, I was told I could not check in without paying a deposit. This requirement was not disclosed anywhere in the Booking.com listing (after they change the policy). Deposit demanded outside the Booking system: The host requested the deposit outside the booking system. This practice is not transparent and goes against Booking’s policies. On top of this, the deposit has still not been refunded. Deposit not refunded: Furthermore, the deposit of 100EUR we paid has still not been returned. This is unacceptable, as it goes against Booking’s policies and creates serious doubts about the transparency of how money is handled outside the official booking system. For all these reasons, I find the stay to be completely unsatisfactory and not in line with what was advertised or expected.
