Egy teljesen gépiesített ház volt mosogatógéppel, mosógéppel, indukciós főzőlappal, hűtőszekrénnyel. A konyha a mindennapi főzéshez teljesen felszerelt. Az emeleten mind a 3 szobához külön klíma volt, de az emeleti előtérben is volt egy plusz klíma. Fent van egy mosdó, az alsó szinten szintén van WC, zuhanyzóval együtt. Az ágyak nagyon kényelmesek voltak. A lenti nappaliban szintén volt klíma és egy bőr sarokheverő. A terasz fedett, 6 ember kényelmesen elfér. A fedett terasz alatt még volt egy kis kanapé. Grillezési lehetőség a kertben biztosítva. (gázzal működött, az ár tartalmazza) Az udvaron volt egy elszeparált kerti zuhanyzó, melyhez a melegvizet a napsütés biztosította. Nagyon hasznos volt, hogy a tengeri strandolást követően kint le lehetett zuhanyozni. A legközelebbi bolt (Mercator) 5 perc séta, a legközelebbi strand kb. 7 perc sétára volt. Aki szeret kicsit sétálni, annak a strunjani strand is sétatávra van. (2,5 km). A ház előtt két kombi szűken, de be tus parkolni.

Az ablakokon nincs szúnyogháló, így a szellőztetés a rovarok miatt kicsit körülményes. A házban csak egy zuhanyzó van, ha nem opció a kültéri zuhany, akkor okozhat kellemetlenségeket.

Wonderful renovated house, good location, wonderful outdoor area with grill

Apartment is really close to the beach and the city centre. The hosts are the nicest people you could ever meet and love to leave treats around the apartment.

Our stay at Sonja's place was absolutely fantastic! From the very beginning, communication was a breeze. We arrived later than expected, but Sonja made check-in a breeze by sending a clear photo guide to the key pick-up location. The apartment itself exceeded expectations. It was exceptionally clean, one of the cleanest places we've ever stayed in, including hotels! Sonja even surprised us with a lovely welcome basket that included fresh fruits, wine, water, and beer. It was a delightful thoughtfulness! The apartment itself was spacious and comfortably furnished. The beds were big and comfy, with plenty of pillows for a great night's sleep. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed for cooking meals during our stay. The location was perfect! We were within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, supermarkets, and other conveniences. The neighborhood itself was quiet and friendly. Overall, we had an incredible stay at Sonja's place. It was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

If I had to nitpick there are a couple of small things but are in no way dealbreakers. The bathroom fan could be a bit less noisy, especially at night. The wifi wasn't super strong everywhere, so maybe a booster in some corners would be cool. Also, the hot water wasn't hot enough for my taste. Overall, these are tiny things and didn't affect my great stay!

Clean, tidy, spatious villa with cheerful ambient. Fully functional modern kitchen, spacy rooms, two clean bathrooms. Really comfortable beds. Modern and easy to use equipment in general. Easy to reach location with only short distance to the beach. Lot of room on terrace. Owners gave us really warm welcome with homemade gifts under the christmas tree. We had great communication between us, we will come back again for sure as we fully enjoyed our stay.
