If I could go back in time, I would never stay here. The issues started when I was left waiting 45 minutes outside in Florida’s heat, humidity, and mosquitoes. The “welcome” was from a rude, silent host named Janice. I travel with my ESA/service dog, and while they accepted him, it was clear they disliked animals. The room was dusty and noisy, with an ancient AC that barely worked, needles in the bed/closet, sticky floors, and unsafe conditions. At 8 a.m., construction crews began hammering and drilling right beside my room, terrifying my dog to the point of injury. When I refused the host’s fake “discount” offers, she retaliated by forcing me, my dog, and my luggage onto the street for 6 hours in the Florida heat, costing me extra transportation and expenses. This was the most hostile and unprofessional experience I’ve ever had. Avoid at all costs.

Room was not explained well on Expedia, I felt I was tricked into thinking this room was more than it really was. This room was absolutely minimal. And not worth the cost I paid. I dont see how it got the star ratting it does.

great location

Great location in Wilton Manor, close to all the night life and good restaurants. The room was clean and well maintained. It had everything we need to make our stay comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

The 'units' are really cute, painted white, simply furnished, clean and in a great location. If you’re just going to sleep and shower in your room rather than spend a lot of time there they are perfect. There was a TV in the room but I didn’t put it on once, the location of the hotel is great, there’s no reason to stay in your room instead of going out.

I had three issues: the door on my room continuously locked and my door code wouldn’t work. I was locked out many times, however Janice was extremely helpful at getting this fixed. The electricity cut off in my room at least 3 times a day however I was shown the switch on the electrical panel inside my room to flick back up to get it working. The last morning of my stay there was no hot water.

Very clean. Perfect for a one night stay

I am happy to say this was an excellent experience. The place was literally as in the pictures, pretty nice and comfortable and the host for sure the best in the world. Super easy to go wlaking in the best areas and discos. I loved it! Thank you so much for this experience!!!
