All of Peccioli's attractions are within walking distance of the apartment, which is ideal as there is so much to see! It was very comfortable and was usually a pleasant temperature without needing to switch on the air conditioning. Plenty of towels and a change of bed linen were provided which was appreciated. The owners were very helpful and responded quickly to any requests for information or help. The residents in the neighbouring apartments were friendly and after just a few days we started to feel quite at home!

The terrace is inward facing so the "view" is of other residents' windows and balconies and could feel a little claustrophobic. That said, the generously sized parasol on Casa Carraia's terrace provides a degree of privacy. Parking is in nearby public car parks which, while it is free, can get busy at times.
