"Overall it’s nice, the hotel rooms and location"

Since it’s new so it’s clean and nice and location is good. Also the rooms are well ventilated and nice view. Specially from terrace..

Staffs are untrained it seems. One front desk staff was so unprofessional, room was not cleaned irrespective of keeping “Clean My Room”

Step from rest room is too high. Soap and shampoo not available. Bar for keeping the clothes removed was not provided/ Insufficient
