"Zweckmässige Wohnung"

Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Gegenüber des Hauses kann kostenlos auf einem öffentlichen Parkplatz parkiert werden. In Laufnähe (2 Minuten) gibt es eine gute Pizzeria, bei welcher die Pizza geholt werden kann. Auch das Restaurant "Modern Tavern Zé d'Avó" (ebenfalls in Laufnähe, 2 Minuten) ist sehr zu empfehlen (portugieische Küche zu einem fairen Preis).

Das Haus bzw. die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss liegt an einer viel befahrenen Strasse. Es gibt nicht einmal einen Gehweg zwischen Haus und Strasse. Manchmal hat man das Gefühl die Autos fahren durch die Wohnung. Der Lärm beginnt kurz nach 07:00 Uhr und dauert bis ca. 18:00 Uhr. Danach ist es "relativ" ruhig.

Es muy acogedor. Tiene todo lo básico. Está súper limpio. Los anfitriones son muy atentos. Para aparcar hai días que tienes que dar un par de vueltas, pero suele haber siempre. Nunca aparcamos a más de 5 minutos del apartamento. Nos ha gustado mucho.

La mampara del baño es de las pequeñas y suele salir agua.

Lovely home, with everything you would need for a great holiday. The house was immaculate and beautifully presented. Great location which felt friendly and safe with some really good cafes on the doorstep. When we had a query about the t.v/wi-fi our host arranged for someone to come and sort it out immediately. Thank you!

"Great apartment in an ideal part of the Sitio."

Casa Zairica is a great apartment in a fantastic location in the Sitio. It is a short walking distance to restaurants, cafes, super market, and the Farol da Nazare. I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely stay here again.

This has nothing to do with Casa Zairica itself but there was some remodeling going on in the apartment next door and so most days there was quite a bit of noise coming from the other side of the wall. Other than that the apartment is great.
