"Highly recommend Planet Africa!"

The location is great! Planet Africa was really comfy, quiet and clean. It is a really nice, spacious apartment which added to a wonderful stay in cape Town! Will definitely stay at Planet Africa during my next trip to cape Town.

"Sleepless nights and bad communication"

Location is good

Communication was terrible (came late for check in, room wasn't ready, unhelpful in general with all enquiries) Sleepless nights (Neighbours aircon was loud and dripping down, lots of mosquitos, loud fridge) It could be a nice place but management doesn't seem to care much about the happiness of their customers unfortunately

"Defs coming back! And who’s the ash blonde cutie across from unit 19?"

Our host Robyn was really nice. Entrance was a tad confusing cos the place has 2 of them - no biggie though. But the apartment was stunning with cool decor and a lovely outdoor space. Shower pressure was just right and ample natural light from all vantage points. We did kinda have an issue with the Wi-Fi password as I think it was changed but Robs sorted us out and was super responsive via text. Also, cafe Kanella is a walking distance away and they make a mean grilled cheese toastie! There is a bit of construction happening which isn’t convenient when you’re working remotely and have zoom calls all day. But like I said cafe Kanella is a walking distance from Planet Africa so you can pop in for lunch and Wi-Fi access. There’s also gang bars, restaurants and Mojo Market nearby (where my Hinge date was a total bust, BUT I cheered myself up with a heavenly gelato). My friend and I will defs be returning to Planet Africa. Unit 19 is the place to be!!!

There was a day when the water was cut off for hours but that can only be pinned on the municipality and not Planet Africa. Nothing a stroll along the promenade can’t fix! :)
