Wonderful apartment and an amazing host .

Very clean and great location .

Staff was amazing and went above and beyond for us. Turn the corner and you’re right on the main avenue.

No elevator, up many flights of stairs. Beds stiff and uncomfortable

Natalia is an exceptional host & the property is perfect, the location couldn't be better right in the heart of town with everything you need just a short stroll away. Water in the fridge with homemade limoncello, plenty of coffee choices, fruit & breakfast snacks, I wish I could give this more than just a 10 & Natalia is more than a 10.

What I didn't like is getting pickpocketed on the train into Sorrento, travellers beware this is a real thing.

Natalia was an excellent host. She was informative, welcoming and thoughtful. She had several personal touches to welcome us. She even brought us dessert. The apartment was clean and beautiful. I would definitely recommend Casa Natalia.

Excellent location.

There is no lift but the host helped us to bring our luggages up.

The location was great — just steps from the Main Street. Natalia met us when we checked in and even helped get my suitcase up the stairs to the apartment. (Note: you do have to walk up three flights of stairs, but there are so many hills in town, it’s just one more).

It would have been nice not to have to walk up, but we survived and felt more virtuous for doing so.

Best location in Sorrento! Right in the center of the city. Amazing hospitality by Natalia. She even offered we use her private parking! We will sleep there again next time we travel to the area.

Everything about it! So spacious & Natalia has thought of everything. Great kitchen, washing machine, dining area. The most well equipped apartment I’ve ever stayed in, it had absolutely everything needed. We enjoyed cooking there as well as eating out in town
