The staff was friendly, no problem with that. That's the only good thing. The response from the property could have been faster.

This place looks NOTHING as in the pictures. 1. The place was absolutely filthy. Because we didn't stay at the property too much, we forgot to take more pictures but I have some with our socks in the first day. My poor white socks became brown. See pictures for that. The floors WERE NOT. mopped. I don't have pictures with the other days, but we ruined all our socks. And no, it's not our shoes. The floors were sticky in some places too. There were hairs in the shower gel basket. That apartment WAS NOT cleaned. There is no doubt in my mind. 2. There were no rugs. The only rug we found was one tucked away in a corner of a room, that was dirty and long overdue for a hoover job. We had cold feet and there were no slippers available at the location. 3. The towels, sheets, duvet covers. Some pillow cases and duvet covers had various holes in them. They were clean, nonetheless but poor looking. The duvet that was on one of the beds didn't have a duvet cover on, so we had to fix that. Thankfully we managed. The towels had spots on them, and when we moved the bed covers we found small black debris that turned out to be small fruit flies looking insects. 4. The kitchen appliances. We had two pots and two frying pans, but they were all sticky and smelly. We also had 2 wooden spatulas, but one was burned and it was chipped where the burned wood came off. There were 6 spoons but NO FORKS. No forks whatsoever. All of cupboards had a weird smell, and the cups and glasses were sticky and smelly. We had to wash literally everything before using them. The cupboards themselves were dirty, they had orange coloured staines inside them. The whole place just looked like no-one actually lives there and they are sometimes renting it. Very, very dirty. The kettle is old, and while this is not important when something is still functional, the kettle's lid comes off. So I almost burned my hand two times because of when you poor the water fhe lid comes off.
