Rustic Lodge

We were surprised. It was very clean and comfortable. We had a table and chairs, microwave and refrigerator. And two beds, one in an alcove. It was quiet. Breakfast was completely adequate. A little of everything available.

I didn't get to partake of the breakfast. They provided one at the gun show I attended

No complaints. I hate to sound like a flipping pollyanna, but the place was great. The staff was all gems.

Breakfast started at 0800. For travelers seems too late.

This was a nice stop on my road trip through ND and MT in between two long drive days. The staff were pleasant, there was a Subway nearby that was yummy for dinner, and the provided breakfast was a nice touch.

I know there was construction happening while we were there, and I hope they are able to update the property a bit during that construction. The rooms were clean and worked fine for one night, but the mattresses left both my dad and I with cricks in our necks and backs when we woke up and could certainly use new mattresses. The bathroom was clean but very outdated as well and could use new appliances. The walls in between rooms and between the up and downstairs rooms were also incredibly thin and we woke up at 5 am to folks next door talking at regular volume, and to the footsteps of the person above us walking seemingly back and forth in their room for an hour. It seemed as if there was no attempt to insulate between rooms at all as we could hear everything clear as day. I hope these issues are being addressed in the construction!
