Felt safe, standard. Room - no issues

The hotel was old and very dated. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was very limited. The door did NOT have a security lock.

The beds were comfortable and the room temperature was good. No bed bugs.

The bathroom is under construction. The old shower door screw holes were left open in the shower enclosure and a curtain was put in its place. There was a healthy amount of painted over caulk around the shower enclosure. All of the vinyl base trim in the bathroom was peeling away from the wall.

Overall it was okay. Limited rooms for a small town.

I had already been quoted by Expedia for a room with three adults I would be paying 303.00 but when we checked in it was a room for 2 adults. I asked about a three bed room and I had to pay an extra 74 dollars. That was upsetting but we were many miles from home and the hotels in the town were being filled with tournament fishermen. I paid it but am now Leary of quotes from Expedia stating the price is one certain figure and when checking in it is another. Not happy with Expedia.

Easy access

Even though it’s a pet friendly room, didn’t expect it to be this bad. We have a support dog, so we understand pet rooms, but the carpet is stained everywhere and there is a faint urine smell. The bathroom floor was dirty as well. It was too late to leave so we toughed it out for most of the night, but left as early as we could.
