Please note that all our group bookings, reservations of more than 5 rooms are a minimum cancelation conditions valid: If you cancel more 12 months before check in, you pay 10% of total price If you cancel between 6 to 12 months before check in, you pay 30% of total price If you cancel between 4 to 6 motnhs before check in, you pay 70% of the total price If you cancel between 2 to 4 months before check in, you pay 80% of the total price If you cancel less 2 months before check in, you pay 95% of the total price If you cancel less than 7 days before check in, you pay 100% of the total price Our kitchen can only be used if the house is rented exclusively by 1 group and not if a separate room is booked. Of course you can use the microwave and refrigerator downstairs to keep your yogurt cool, for example. There is a bakery 1.9 mi away where you can get fresh bread rolls.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
