Clean, great location

The mattress was a little weared. The noise of the street can be a little disturbing for those who want a silent vacation.

Very clean and conveniently located. Air conditioning was a plus.

Difficult if you do not have WiFi to contact the owner about how to obtain keys.

Great location, quiet despite being in the heart of the old town.

There’s no instructions about arrival and turns out you have to call to get instructions. I think that could be given prior as per every other apartment rented. The WiFi code had to be requested and then didn’t work, the wifi would only connect a couple of minutes and drop again. I wouldn’t have booked anywhere without wifi and when I raised it was told it always works. Looking back there are comments where others have had an issue as well. I was also unaware I booked on a holiday weekend which meant groceries/supermarkets were closed. Given the apartment included cooking facilities it would’ve been considerate to mention this, I purposely didn’t bring groceries from Italy so I could support local.

Location and view were perfect. Comfortable and quiet once windows were shut despite being in the busy old town. Also included, fridge, hob, kettle and a little coffee pot plus cutlery & crockery, washing up liquid & tea towel. No toiletries except soap though. Very good Aircon thankfully as it was in mid thirties!! Few maintenance issues but not really a problem for me.

I couldn't get on to WiFi, no big deal once my phones data started working, however the delay was a problem with getting info needed to gain access to room as not given in advance.
