Muy limpio. En mi cuarto el aire acondicionado tuvo un problema y de inmediato me cambiaron a otro. La ubicación es excelente.

"Una cucaracha, y me obligaron a pagar para poder irme sin usar la habitación."

La ubicación céntrica.

Al extender mi estadía, insistieron en darme otra habitación, cometí el error de aceptar y me dieron una en el primer piso, pequeña, y tenía una cucaracha 🪳. Cuando lo comunique a recepción, y me negué a quedarme en esa habitación, me obligaron a pagar por haber aceptado que me cambien de habitación, nunca me había pasado algo así. Tuve que pagar y buscar otro hotel. Si tan solo me hubieran dejado ir son tener que pagar un monto por una habitación que no ocupe, estaría bien,pero pague solo para poder irme. Definitivamente no recomiendo este lugar.
