The clubhouse, the lobby, proximity to restaurants and amusement parks.

No stove, microwave, cooking utensils, the toilet sink is clogged and the kitchen sink emits a foul smell. The bed frame has exposed screws at the sides that could potentially injure the guests. The door lock in the balcony is broken… no bed cover for the extra mattress and no blanket provided.

the Host is a scam the unit does not exist

We were charged a ₱350 damage fee, which we strongly dispute. Upon arrival, the sink was already clogged. We immediately reported this issue and made multiple calls and messages requesting assistance, but no one came to check despite our efforts. We were informed that the caretaker could not attend because she lives far away. It is completely unfair to hold us responsible for a problem that already existed before we used the unit. We did our part by reporting the issue right away, but no action was taken on your end. Given the situation, it is clear that the responsibility lies with your management for failing to address the issue promptly. Because of this, we experienced a very uncomfortable and miserable stay. We are requesting a refund, as the service provided did not meet acceptable standards and our concerns were not properly addressed.
