Tagaytay Wind Residences

I really love the ambiance of the apartment. It's clean, cozy and affordable.The view has a great and relaxing scenery . The staff is good. The owner is attentive in all questions. Because it's our 1st time to visit Tagaytay she guided me and answered all my questions. 2 thumbs up ! I will recommend this property.

The location is superb. The staff/attendant is approachable. The owner is highly responsive.

-Lights in the living room and bedroom are too dim. -Rice cooker is not working. -Some utensils are rusty, knife is not sharp, dish drainer is dirty, they did not provide trash bags, -Organization in the kitchen needs improvement. -Some decors inside the bathroom are old and dusty. -The attendant told us that the parking fee is 350 per night, while the owner said its only 300pesos. -When you step in some floor tiles in the unit , you will feel that it will about to crack. - i felt like the couch/sofa bed needs deep cleaning.

Breakfast is not included in our stay; the convenience store is nearby, so it's easy to buy food. We had a good view of the Taal volcano from the balcony. We enjoyed walking within the vicinity as it was sunny during the daytime and cold when dusk fell.

Our rented unit was clean enough, but it could have been cleaner had it been pest-controlled by the caretaker/unit owner prior to our stay. We were not informed where to dispose of our trash (if someone from the cleaning staff would pick it). We had to take the garbage out ourselves.

The condo itself was nice and clean. The owner was also responsive to my messages.

I sensed that one security guard at the reception seemed like he disapproved of the condos being rented out by the owners as he was not helpful at all.
