Maleducazione nei confronti del cliente. Siamo arrivati prima dell’orario previsto per il check in e all’ ingresso ci hanno detto in malo modo di tornare dopo le 14, senza neanche salutare. La sera prima del giorno della partenza ci è stato chiesto di saldare il conto, cosa mai successa, pur avendo girato varie strutture. Colazione pessima. Se non fa piacere avere ospiti che prenotano tramite Booking sarebbe meglio che le strutture ricettive non lo utilizzassero.

La pulizia delle camere ,le condizioni e il rumore dell'ascensore ,l'indifferenza di chi gestiva . L'orario della piscina ,non specificato nel sito . La posizione esterna alla struttura della piscina !!!
