MATHER RAJAGIRI FURNISHED APARTMENTS

This is an independent set of apartments in a quiet locality not very far from Kochi Airport. Its fully furnished with fine beds, aging yet comfortable sofas, chairs, table etc. The fairly well equipped kitchen has a large fridge, some vessels, gas stove and basic condiments. But its the Owner/caretaker Babu's responsive can-do attitude that sets this property apart. Babu's intelligent active participation will solve most of your stay related issues almost immediately. His local knowledge and entrepreneurial experience are a valuable addition. The junior caretakers were also uniformly helpful and prompt.

There were some shortcomings but almost all were resolved by the host's willingness to respond with alacrity.

Would be grate to have the breakfast options available, since not all travelers likes South Indian food options, being said Babu was very helpful to offer breakfast options,

The apartment is very close to Rajagiri Hospital, which is a big plus if your visit is hospital-related. Place is clean. The apartment owner is friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The location is easy to find on the map, but they still offered clear directions and even offered to meet us at a nearby spot since it was raining. The stay was pleasant with no disturbances.

The sofas, chairs, cutlery, and knives could be maintained a bit better. The breakfast option is quite limited, as guests are expected to do some basic cooking — which is fine if you have the time, but better options could be offered. That said, with Swiggy and other delivery services available nearby, this may not be a major concern for most guests.
