HRWhen we were doing research on this property, the location of the property was set near Pila ski resort. When we had to leave we were unpleasantly surprised the property's location is around 9 hours away from the destination we thought we were going to. We had to make another booking in an extremely short time without the possibility of a refund. Also, the hosts were rude in all communication and at some point switched from English to Italian. So further communication was terminated. Booking customer service also did nothing, so bad experience with booking.com also. Never before have we had such a bad experience with any of the previous bookings we had.
