The location is very good.

They didnt post the pictures of bathroom which is so so worst. You cant even stand and take bath. very very small bathroom.

All ok for budget accomodation, had hot water for coffee, toiletries, clean. Staff mixed , some helpful others not very easy to communicate with and lack of english. The area was good for finding food and easy walking around.

Noisy, echoes in corridors , from guests and staff, I probably wouldnt stay again due to the door slamming and corridor noise.Towels were poor quality .No fridge.

Overpriced for the quality of the building and facilities. It is clear that very little pride is taken in the building. Everything feels tired. No good recommendations when I asked about restaurants for dinner or breakfast. Bathroom is tiny. The shower nozzle is directly behind the basin and next to the toulet. All the floor is completely wet in the bathroom ince you have showered. Then you are left wondering if you should lat your towel on the bayhroom floor so your feet don’t get wdt when you enter to toilet or use the basin. Furnishings such as curtains are old and out of date. Towels need to have a good bleach. They didn’t feel like they had been freshly washed. More like used and then refolded for the next people in the room to use. Floor was not clean as my feet got dirty upon walking in it. Dust and hairs in the corners of the room. I chose a room with windows and paid extra on Booking.com. Lucky I asked at check-in to make sure I had a room with a window. The receptionist told me the rooms don’t have windows. Then she read my booking properly and saw I had paid for a room with a window, so changed the room she had allocated. The windows faced the afternoon sun but had no sheer curtains so the sun beat in. Still worth it to have a window. But the service was not as customer oriented as I like. The Journey Hotel where I stayed the previous night and is only 100m along the road is much better value. I think Inpaid a little leas for my stay there. It is also has much cleaner rooms with higher quality facilities,

Friendly and helpful staff, centrally located, clean. I saw many comments saying there was no kettle in the room but our deluxe room had it. Our room had a window but I think that costs more. Room was clean with comfy beds. Close to all sights, street art locations, museums, restaurants and cafes. In front of the hotel there is one k mart express and around the corner a laundromat. I also liked that outside the hotel there are two benches with a big ashtray for smoking and the area is roofed so if it rains you won't get wet

Price on booking com is higher than buying at reception(25 MYR more) and they charged me on top of that an extra fee of total 118 MYR on 4 nights calling it a commission agent fee. When I added one extra night as I had to stay longer I was charged only the room rate without any extras so I guess all these extras were charged because I had used booking com
