The room is in a beautiful building. The room was very comfortable and very clean with good facilities. There was a little balcony as well. Go ground room and fab location

In primis Claudia super disponibile a tutto ciò che ho chiesto, molto gentile ! La struttura molto bella, pulita e precisa. La posizione top per chi vuole farsi un giro a Palermo. Sicuramente se torno vorrei alloggiare nello stesso posto, grazie !!

Ermosa Suite was so pleasant and in such a great neighborhood. It was clean with a nice balcony and a great bed and shower! But the best of all was Claudia! Claudia was the absolute best host you could hope for! She went way out of her way to accommodate me. She answered so many of my questions - just so helpful - a true gem and asset for my Palermo trip :) thank you Claudia, Grazi

Lovely, spotlessly clean and modern apartment, close to the centre of Palermo. Claudia was great too, always there to assist with check-in and out, and answer questions about the property. Easy to get in and out of the property, but the suite is equally secure.

There was a hot plate in the room, but a kettle would have been a good amenity to have, and there wasn’t one. Also, the remote control for the TV was broken.

Good and safe location. Comfortable room and bed. AC works. Claudia was kind and helpful.
