Valet parking in parking garage directly in front of the building, very central, nice clean room and bathroom. Remote check in worked very well.

"More than a place to stay"

Lovely place in the heart of Palermo. There are no words to describe how sweet and helpful Claudia (the hostess) was. We faced an unfortunate situation in Palermo (car theft attempt) and Claudia and her partner treated us like family, providing as much help us they could. I totally recommend this place for your stay in Palermo!

everything was spotlessly clean, the accommodation very beautiful and modern. The hostess was very helpful and answered immediately. The suite was where it should be, 8 minutes walk from the Center . For sure if we go to Palermo again we will choose it for our stay.

"Great Value and Hospitality in the Heart of Palermo"

Ermosa Suite is a great value! Claudia is awesome--so helpful and friendly. The neighborhood is perfect and quiet, and the room had everything I needed, including great air conditioning, a must in the summer. Also, there's a fantastic coffee shop a few steps away which serves an excellent breakfast and lunch.

I would have loved a double bed.
