Este es el mejor hotel donde me quedé en Nepal y de lejos. El servicio es impecable: te atienden con amabilidad, te ayudan sirviendo el desayuno hasta media hora antes si lo necesitas, te ayudan empacando desayuno por si sales muy temprano, te limpian las habitaciones (algo no muy común en el país), puedes guardar las maletas si te vas de trekking. El desayuno es muy bueno y de gran cantidad: tocineta/salchicha, omelette/huevo revuelto, tostada con mermelada y café/té. Nuestra habitación tenía un balcón perfecto para tomar cerveza o relajarse. El ventilador es tan bueno que no es necesario prender el aire acondicionado. Recomiendo este lugar para cualquier persona que quiere tener una estadía de 10 en Pokhara. Cerca hay lugares para lavar la ropa, peluquerías, pequeños mercados.

The size of the room and overall location.

The bathroom wall glass was broken, and anyone could see the person inside the shower. This needs to be fixed as soon as possible. There was no shower curtain either, which made it worse.

The hotel location is good and convenient. But the thing i liked most was the services. All the staff were very nice and helpful. Thanks to Subir, he provided excellent services. Prior to our trip, he answered all my questions promptly via Whatsapp. During our stay, he basically took care of everything, carried our heavy luggage bags to our room on the 2nd floor, and arranged cable car tickets with free picked up services. Thus, we had a wonderful stay at Hotel Spring.

Perfect hotel! Great bedroom and bathroom, decent Aircon, hot water and pressure, and a generator for any power cuts, and stored our luggage whilst we went trekking for 2 weeks. Reception very friendly and helpful!

Close to Pokhara tourist street but away from the noise and traffic.
