Staff though are courteous needs more professional as most customers are international and expect certain standard of interaction and service

Rooms are big enough. they had a non veg restaurant, that felt like a little award since its in Gujrat!

Reception staff is pretty useless. Inspite of the hotel not being to its full capacity, they refused give us room for 2hrs early checkin. The manager itself acted like he had no powers to do much. We had early meetings, so we had to dumb our bags at the reception and rush. The staff refused to put on the AC in the lobby because "there were less people". The manager again argued that he has no permission to put if less people are there; keep in mind this was middle of the summer with 45 degrees temp outside. Restaurant staff needs training, you ask for tea they get coffee. you ask for break, they give paratha! lost kids..

They should improve food quality

better than all other hotels in morbi. food/rooms is good

Train your staff more. Early check in options should be available since everyone comes for business and work hours can be long. AC in the lobby was put off for now reason. With 42 degrees outside, even your lobby was boiling hot and still your staff was being stupid about switching it on. They kept saying there werent enough guests which is a stupid arguement.
