The host Gordon met us on arrival and took us through the apartment and anything we needed to know. He was extremely pleasant and made our check in smooth. The apartment was everything we needed. Good clean bed with room for luggage and hanging space for clothes. The apartment was very well equipped. We cooked two breakfasts there and had every item we needed for this. It’s located in an excellent spot. A supermarket directly across the road and a couple of minutes to the promenade and the hustle and bustle of Split. Toiletries supplied, good hot shower and the washing machine was awesome. Air conditioning worked well.

We had an unexpected and stressful situation when another so-called “hotel” cancelled on us last minute, leaving us with nowhere to stay for the night. Thankfully, we found Lions Suites—and it was an absolute life saver. Gordan was friendly and welcoming, and made sure we felt at home right away. The location is perfect—central and convenient—yet peaceful. The room was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, especially under such circumstances. Highly recommended!

Location is very central, easy to find, walking distance from main bus station and the old city centre.

Maybe only the shower. The temperature and water jet are not easy to regulate, but apart from that, really good apartment, easy communication with the owner. He even let us store our luggage after check-out which was very helpful.

Perfect location and wonderful space to relax while enjoying Split. Gordan the owner is so friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Couldn't recommend this place more.

The apartment is really close to the old town and bus station. It has everything you need. Even coffee capsules or dressing for a salad. If not supermarkets, bakery or the market are within less than 5 min walking. Communication with Gordan is also perfect!

The street were is located might be a bit busy with traffic and although windows are good if you a bit sensitive to noise I would recommend to take earplugs.

Shower head but otherwise place is excellent

It has everything you need for a stay in town. Despite being in the very center and in the noisy neighborhood it is very quiet. Gordan is a great host, very responsive and accommodating.
