+ Very friendly and welcoming staff. + Perfect location, right next to the main chairlifts. + Really good and convenient ski/snowboard storage facilities as part of the hotel.

- Wifi was not working when we stayed (was being repaired) but the reception staff let us use their private wifi in the foyer.
