"Great location, but very noisy. Impossible to sleep in late."

Location. spaciousness.

Noise from under building car ramp woke us up around 6.30am every morning and continued at least until mid morning. Building site opposite made noise all day. Sink in bathroom didn't drain, so was unusable. Owner didn't reply to complaint regarding the sink. Plug in bath didn't seal, making taking a bath impossible.
