FRTrès beau Onsen. Les parties communes sont magnifiques. Un très bon buffet avec beaucoup de choix. Formule All inclusive. Tres beau jardin japonais.
Quelques renovations sont a prevoir : peinture, sols, toilettes dans notre chambre avec une cuvette cassée.

JP隅々まで利用者のことを考えたホテルで満足です。お風呂の脱衣所にベンチがいくつか用意されており、足の悪い家族もゆっくり着替えることができました。寝具も素晴らしかったです。

JP食事が充実していた
部屋に入った途端下水の匂いがしてフロントに言いに行った所承知していた様で，「対応はしたのですが」とのこと。空気清浄機が3台ありましたが対応しきれていませんでした。決して安くない宿泊費なのに、こんな部屋に通す事自体どうかと思います。楽しみにしていただけに残念でした。
