overall stay was amazing, the place was neat and lovely

The tv colour was a bit off though

Cleanliness,, it's a new house and it's very beautiful. Nice furniture

The bathroom towels were still a bit dump which took away the freshness. The sugar container was almost empty with little sugar that's mixed with some coffee, dry old coffee on the coffee container. Other than that we good

The Apartment is very nice and neat, and the location is very good. Can't fault it for anything

Room amenities are non-existent. Soap containers are empty, no need to have them there at all. Towels are not changed at all.

I liked the fact that it felt like a home. Away from home. The host is absolutely amazing his so involved he makes sure that everything is in order and he leaves his home to come check in on his guest that's the kind of service I signed up for.

The sofa was a bit uncomfortable. So I lay on the bed most of the time after work.

Location

- noise from other occupants (neighbour/ nextdoor), they had a braai - the TV did not allow me to view DSTV channels

The unit had recently been renovated into a modern look and is super 👌 spacious and comfortable all around. Definitely coming back again.

Francois goes the extra mile. Makes you feel like a treasured friend than a guest.

The communication came a bit late but that was just human error due to a busy lifestyle, nothing major.
